He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, HKBP Nommensen University, in 1989.

Served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2010 and was reappointed as an Independent Commissioner based on the Deed Number 235 dated June 26, 2024 by Jimmy Tanal, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in South Jakarta for the period 2026–2027.
